Objectives
The Sports Group is initially aiming to identify all of the sports that have been linked with Molesey throughout its history. Molesey Hurst has a particularly interesting history from a sporting point of view.

Meetings
Meetings are held every 6-8 weeks. There have been 4 meetings so far. Locations vary according to availability and convenience.

Recent Developments
So far activity has focused on listing all the known sports connected with Molesey. The next stage involves follow up to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the information collected.

Help Needed
The Group would be delighted to hear from anyone with an interest in Sport and who has some time for either collection of people’s memories or research using the internet or local history centre.
